Photograph Vs. Snapshot

1. I think that this is a photo because it looks too formal. No one would naturally have their hands posed like that.
2. I think that this is a photo because it is difficult to capture people doing this pose. Plus, there is a white background.
3. Snapshot because there is a lighting issue, and there are too many things to focus on.
4. Snapshot. There are too many mergers in this picture and your eye wants to focus on everything.

- Exposure is the amount of light per unit area reaching the photo film or image sensor.
- Gives you the proper exposure, depth of field and whether moving objects are crisply rendered or blurred.
- Shutter speed, illumination (scene luminance) and lens aperture.

- Lens aperture range is usually from f1.8 to f22. For the most blurred background set the aperture at f1.8
- Focusing on one subject and blurring the background without having to edit the blur in photoshop. Aperture helps bring the focus out of the background and onto the subject.

- The time the shutter on a camera is open for a period of time.

Capturing the moment of prayer between the group of people to show their culture. 2. Where was he/she? Somewhere in India, at a Hindu Festival during fasting. 3. If you could take this photo yourself, would you do something different or the same? I would do it from a different perspective at a different angle. 4. Do you like/dislike this photo? Explain why/why not! It's pretty cool because all the colors make it stand out and the tree is reaching out above all the people. |

Forensic because it deals with crime scenes and I would be able to be at a crime scene and analyze everything.

Technical skill with cameras.

I think having knowledge of crime scenes and what to expect when there would be beneficial for taking this job, as well as knowledge of criminology.
