The Best of The Best!
1. How do you feel you have grown in skill throughout this trimester? Think about what it was like taking pictures at the beginning and compare that to how you shoot now. Has anything changed? If so, what? If not, why not? BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND ME. NO FOUL. I feel that I know a lot more about photography as a whole and I know how to manipulate pictures instead of just taking a picture and posting it. I can change it for my liking and make it mean more.
2. Do you notice yourself leaning towards a certain point of view? A certain editing style? A certain subject matter? Explain, and explain how your photos demonstrate this. I am leaning toward macro and landscape photography. I like the natural look of nature, it can't be changed. I also like macro because you can focus on one part of the photo and make the audience focus on that part too.
3. Explain why you chose these particular photos. Why do you feel they are your best work? What is it about these images that make them worthy of the title "THE BEST OF THE BEST"? To guide you in this questions, perhaps it would help to talk about some individually as well as the whole group. Compare and contrast your best from your good. (NO worst images aloud :))
4. Was there any PROJECT that stands out for you, as either your favorite or your least favorite? Why? Are there any images in your album from that project?
5. If you had the trimester to do all over again, what would you do differently? (Consider this advice to the next class)
